Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Jewellery

  Securely place your items in their original J&Co gift box and use a padded mailer to ensure the pieces are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
